Orders have an average delivery time of 3–10 business days within Europe. Depending on your location, this may vary slightly, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.

For destinations outside Europe, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package.

Because each product may contain a personal memory, returns are not always possible.

Products that have not yet been used or activated can be returned within 14 days.

Unfortunately, personalized or activated products cannot be returned.

If there is ever an issue with your product, we will of course resolve it properly and provide a suitable solution.
