Yes, your memory page is private by default. You can choose who has access by sharing the unique link with family and friends.

We offer carefully designed pet urns and memorial keepsakes, created with attention to detail, quality and emotion. All products are designed to honor and remember your pet in a personal way.

Yes. You can update photos, videos and pet information on the memory page anytime, without extra costs.

Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands and most European countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us.

Orders

Start by creating a free account, add the memories of your beloved pet, and then select the product that suits you best.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make sure to find a suitable solution.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

No. After placing your order, we take care of everything and make sure your pet’s memory is ready on your memorial product.

Products that have not been used or activated can be returned within 14 days. Personalized or activated products unfortunately cannot be returned.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
